Juice Plus+

The USDA recommends we eat 7 to 13 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Most people don't come anywhere close. Clinically proven Juice Plus+® helps you bridge the gap between what you should eat and what you do eat, every day.

LAZY MAN'S YOGA
Thai-Yoga Bodywork, Thai Massage

SeaStones Natural Therapies, LLC is now offering Thai-Yoga Bodywork at our new location in Branford and Guilford. This unique form of bodywork sometimes called the “lazy man's yoga” promotes relaxation, increases flexibility and restores energy through gentle, rhythmic movement and a series of facilitated yoga postures. You don't have to be lazy to enjoy Thai-Yoga Bodywork. It's ideal for both men and women and especially beneficial for those who find themselves stiff, sore and tired from over-exertion in work or sports, or from arthritis or other disorders. Thai-Yoga Bodywork is an easy way of obtaining the benefits of acupressure, energy meridian work, and yoga-like stretching for an invigorating and energy-balancing experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Thai-Yoga Bodywork is done fully clothed on a floor futon so you will need to wear loose clothing for the session. Rhythmic compressions are given with hands, elbows, knees, or feet along energy lines to promote healing. The facilitated stretching and yoga poses open joints and increase flexibility. The slow, flowing pace of the bodywork satisfies the body's need for movement and stretching while it soothes you into a peaceful meditative state. After the massage, most people feel calm, alert, and energized; similar to what one would experience after a Yoga or Tai Chi session.
